AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization that enables young people to discover and develop their potential to provide leadership for a positive impact on society. It is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. AIESEC offers students leadership opportunities, international internships, the opportunity to develop a worldwide network and methods for professional development.

Program description
AIESEC's innovative development process consists of unmatched leadership experiences, international opportunities and a global learning environment. AIESEC's innovative approach to developing young people focuses on taking a proactive role, developing self-awareness and a personal vision, building networks, and developing capacity to drive change. AIESEC also offers international entrepreneurship traineeships.

Members of AIESEC. Most of them are college students in the universities where AIESEC operated. Participants need to register as part of AIESEC members.
