About
NSRCEL @ IIM Bangalore has been formed with this mission to bring ideas to implementation through a structured mentored programme which will help entrepreneurs see their idea taking shape into a successful business entity. NSRCEL draws upon the insights of IIMB's network of faculty, academicians, researchers and professionals in India and abroad. The primary objective of the programmes at the NSRCEL is to enhance the quality of business management skills in entrepreneurs and owner-managers by imparting a set of concepts that equips them with the required knowledge to successfully conduct business in contemporary economic and business environment.

Program description
NSRCEL provides short term and long-term courses:
1. MPEFB (Management Program for entrepreneurs and family businesses.
2. MPWE (Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs
3. The short term programmes are normally on skill developments for entrepreneurs in areas of Finance, marketing, Management of IP, New product development etc. Details of these programs are put on the web site from time to time.
NSRCEL also provides incubation facilities to entrepreneurs who approach NSRCEL with unique and fresh ideas. NSRCEL provides two kinds of incubation facilities: physical incubation and virtual incubation.

Participants
Participants are either entrepreneurs, people associated with entrepreneurial ventures or aspirants from Bangalore and all over India. Basic age group can be considered anywhere between 30-40.
