About
Dhriiti is a development sector organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. With a committed young team of 18 Dhriiti works to achieve its mission ‘to stimulate a culture and attitude of enterprise and entrepreneurship, by creating a pool of next generation entrepreneurs, promoting and developing micro enterprises and increasing the efficiency of existing small scale industries leading towards a better condition of life and living’. The operations at Dhriiti are divided into three divisions: Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), which builds the capacity of youth so that they can be future entrepreneurs; the Micro Enterprise Development and Management (MEDM), which collaborates with grassroots level organizations in setting up sustainable; and the Research and Facilitation Cell (RFC) provides value added services to existing small and medium enterprises and other promoting/enabling organizations.

Program description
Dhriiti training programme have a strong focus on the youth across socio economic and geographic segments. The participant age group ranges between 16 to 30 yrs. Other specifications of participants (categorized according to programmes) are: Entrepreneurship Training Program; Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow Program; Ek Naya Aasman (A new sky) Progrram; Enterprise Training Program; Arecanut leaf plate manufacturing training; Bamboo mat weaving training. Participants
Young people aged 16-30 years.

Applications
Workshop cost range between Rs. 500 per head to Rs. 3000 per head. Appiication process includes application form, interview and an assessment centre.
