A Global Social Entrepreneurship Institute - attracting young social entrepreneurs from around the world. Through an intensive application process, social entrepreneurs apply to become 'Unreasonable Fellows' and attend Summer Institutes. The Institute attracts experts, innovators, and specialists in the field of social entrepreneurship, investment, business, poverty eradication, engineering, health, and the civil sector to mentor the fellows.

Program description
The Unreasonable Institute selects 25 young social entrepreneurs with bold ideas from around the worldfor a 10-week summer institutes in which they undergo rigorous and practical training including personal & entrepreneurial skill development, intensive collaboration & work-shopping, and involved guidance from mentors. Additional support includes website design & development, premier research access, and free legal consultations. Unreasonable Fellows will be able to post their ideas on our online marketplace for social investment, where they can receive feedback, connect with potential collaborators, and obtain the seed capital they need to make their ideas a reality. Program description
Each year, YouthActionNet® selects 20 young social entrepreneurs to participate in its Global Fellowship Program. These accomplished young leaders are distinguished by their records for success in achieving positive change in their communities, by their innovative approaches, and by their ability to mobilize their peers and community members in support of their social change efforts. The the year- long Global Fellowship includes: Skill-building, Networking and Resources, and Advocacy.

Since 1987, Echoing Green has provided seed funding and support to more than 470 social entrepreneurs with bold ideas for social change in order to launch groundbreaking organizations around the world.

Program description
Each year, Echoing Green awards 20 two-year fellowships to social entrepreneurs. Fellows receive up to $90,000 in seed funding and technical support to turn their innovative ideas into sustainable social change organizations.  Beenfits include: Seed Funding of up to USD90,000, technical support from Eachoing Green staff and the network of 450 experienced social entrepreneurs.  Echoing Green seeks individuals or partnerships (organizations led by two people) with innovative solutions to significant social problems and the ability to grow and lead a new organization. The Echoing Green Fellowship selection process is highly competitive. In 2009, Echoing Green received nearly 1000 applications for fourteen fellowships. Program description
Business Administration –The program is focused on investigating how business theory and application works and how it can be used to solve real-world problems.  UoPeople provides 2 Entrepreneurship courses. Course 1 is an introduction to entrepreneurship and the concept of starting a small business. Course 2 addresses entrepreneurship in international markets.

Participants
Anyone from any country in the world.  Requirements: 1. A secondary school (high school) diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution as evidence of 12 years of schooling; 2. Any non US institution transcripts of degree must be translated into English with the translated copy notarized. You must also send the original transcript (or a notarized copy of the original transcript); 3. Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principle language of instruction and have taken the paper based TOEFL should submit their scores.

Applications
UoPeople is a tuition-free university. Students need to pay an exam-processing fee, which ranges from $10 to $100usd per exam based on the student's country of residence. Currently all registration and exam processing fees have been waived.  The University reserves the right to change their policy for the Spring 2010 semester.

The RealAcad Venture Management Program is a not-for-profit initiative to groom talents all over the world. The program includes a series of camps held at different locations around the globe. In the course of the program, participants will bring to life a new entrepreneurial venture besides learning the know-hows of the business world.   The camps are organized in Singapore and U.S.A in 2009, but RealAcad receives aplications from all over the world and also provides scholarship.

Program description
RealAcad Venture Management Camps are a combination of workshops, hands-on exercises and personal coaching and is made concrete by the creation of an actual startup venture over the course of the camp. Business leaders will share their experiences and give feedback on the team’s venture in its different stages throughout the camp. Venture Management includes professional brainstorming, Marketing research, people management  and career management. Participants will also receive personal coaching from the program advisors and leaders to optimize their own career management. This will include high level aspects like helping them think through a long term career plan and practical details like feedback on their resume.

Participants
The participants are selected from all over the world after a highly selective screening process to ensure high quality and diversity in the camps. All of them are exceptional top performers from companies and organizations they are engaged in. Some are already running their own ventures and have even IPOed their start-ups.
