Intro
Why not connecting people who would like to earn a bit money for fuel and advertisers who want to reach out to customers in an innovative way? Raghu was once stuck in a traffic jam in Bangalore and came up with an innovative idea of "On-Vehicle Advertising Company". .
About Me
In 2008, when I was in final year at IIT Guwahati I was called to showcase one of my business plan on CNBC-TV18 Reality Show - Philips Simplicity Challenge, which was a great platform where I met 19 other budding entrepreneurs with great business models and successful entrepreneurs who were judging the TV show. The show was the time when the entrepreneurial bug really bit me and I wanted something of my own.
My Venture
The idea to convert traffic jams into business opportunities came to me when I was coming back after the TV Show shooting and got stuck in traffic. The funny slogan behind trucks and vinyl stickers on police jeeps kept me busy and I couldn’t take my eyes off it. The idea to charge advertisers to put their messages on privately owned vehicles clicked me. At that time, I was having a job offer from Korean IT company and was offered a seat in prestigious London School of Economics. Although I never had a work experience and no experience of how advertising.

This form of advertising will pick up really fast in hilly area because in l the common Billboard way of advertising is not such a good idea due to geographic constraints. With this small step we not only benefit the car owner and advertiser but also the environment by shrinking the big carbon footprint because we are advertising on vehicles that are already on the road, which means we are not using energy or natural resources to promote the product or service.
While car owners will get fuel for putting advertisements on their cars, advertisers will be able to take advantage of this new and unexplored medium of advertisement. The motto of our company is: 'Get Seen, Get Fuel'! CashurDrive will work closely with advertisers to select the best car owners from Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Chandigarh.
