They promote and advance entrepreneurial spirit in Vietnam by honoring local self-reliant entrepreneurs operating small and medium-sized businesses. Thy also serve to inspire Vietnamese, especially the young, to become entrepreneurs by facilitating interaction, communication and knowledge dissemination between students, the entrepreneurs and the general public.

Program description
Student-Entrepreneur Program: Funds are given to Primary School students to start a business. It has identified 10 schools to participate in its inaugural Student-Entrepreneur programme.
