About
AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 1700 universities across more than 107 countries and territories, AIESEC's international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.   AIESEC Mainland of China joined the global network in 2002 and has been expanding to 10 cities and more than 30 universities in China.

Program description
AIESEC' is the international platform for university students, and its innovative development process consists of unmatched leadership experiences, international opportunities and a global learning environment. AIESEC's approach is to develop young people focuses on taking a proactive role, developing self-awareness and a personal vision, building networks, and developing capacity to drive change.

Participants
Members of AIESEC.Most of them are college students in the universities where AIESEC operated. The members of AIESEC in Mainland of China are diversified in terms of the educational backgrounds. And 3% of their members are graduates.

Applications
There is no deadline for the member registration.. Process: 1. On-line application from www.aiesec.cn 2.Group evaluation. 3. Individual interview. Participants need to register as part of AIESEC members.
